Arianna Huffington

Arianna Stassinopoulos Huffington has been an Greek American columnist, author and businesswoman for over 20 years. She has written fifteen books, and she is co-founder the magazine The Huffington Post. Arianna Huffington is an independent liberal news site has a TV personality as well as a writer and philanthropist. Her birthplace was Greece she moved to England when she was 16 and completed her studies at Cambridge University with an MA in Economics. The first graduate who was not from the UK to be elected president of The Cambridge Union at the age 21. After her graduation, she was an influential Conservative syndicated journalist. A few more years later she created The Huffington Post which featured criticism of the present political landscape. The fame she gained allowed her to persuade a number of stars to voice their views on current events, culture and politics. Arianna was famous when she decided in 2003 to run as an Independent Candidate for the California Recall election to succeed the Governor Davis. Alongside that, she led the Detroit campaign to encourage fuel-efficient vehicles. Forbes placed her at 12 on its list for the Most Popular Media Women. Guardian also included the Huffington Post in their Top 100 list in 2010. AOL Inc. bought The Huffington Post in 2011 and named her head of its media division, which also included other AOL brands like Engadget AOL Music Style list and Patch Media. Elli is the daughter of Konstantinos Stasinopoulos, and Elli the other, both of whom are journalists and consultants in management. Although she had a close connection to her mother and father, it was their bond that helped shape her. She was a leader from the beginning. As a 16-year-old the girl moved in England in the United Kingdom for her higher education. At Girton College Cambridge.
